Technical Specifications

Porcelain items are fired at 800°C, while glass items are fired at 600°C; therefore, printed porcelain has much greater durability than printed glass. Printed porcelain items can withstand approximately 1,500–2,000 dishwasher cycles (over 3 years), but hand-washing is recommended for longer-lasting use and to preserve the vibrancy of the print. Unfortunately, printed glass products are not as durable as printed porcelain; when washed in the dishwasher, the prints may fade, become scratched, or peel off, so glass products must be washed by hand. The prints on glass and porcelain will not come off if scratched with any metal or hard object.

The foam inside the box protects the products from impact during transport and gives them a stylish look.
